If so, I offer a reasonable EDP Implementation Package to implement the entire EDP for you, and train you how to administer it quickly for only $999. I’ll consult with you how to administer all aspects of the EDP quarterly to employee.
I will set up a complete customized EDP plan template for three employees. It’s preferable to start with 3 employees to get up and running.
You can use their templates as a model for the rest of your employees or I can set up each additional employee template for $99.00 each.

- Guide you on how to select which proficiencies and soft skills are priorities for employees
- Call Two: 45 minutes video call Role Play with managers to complete the Employees Quarterly Goals (EQD) and Managers Quarterly Results Summary so you can conduct them with skill and confidence
- Help you to choose which department or employees to start the plan with – for example you may want to start the EDP plan only for key employees, sales team or IT team
- Call three: 45 minute video call to show you how to choose and administer rewards that motivate employees
- I will set up a simple rewards survey for employees to choose, that fits into company culture and goals
- Set up the plan to fit your company records retention policy
