How to choose a new career you will be happy in, even if you are undecided
What career is your destiny? End the frustration of deciding on the right career
Choosing the right career is hard if you don’t have precise career self assessment tools.
Without assessing where you fit best, you can end up bouncing from job to job for a lifetime.
This means you will be stressed, broke, and worst of all underemployed.
In fact, workplace stress and anxiety is so bad that a recent study revealed 90% of workers would actually take a pay cut for
more fulfilling and meaningful work!
Luckily, now there is an easy way to uncover your career destiny. So you can avoid the regret of a ending up underemployed
in the wrong career.
How to find a career you will love for a lifetime
If you want to get clarity about the career you are suited to, the best way is with an accurate career self-assessment process.
A precise assessment can pinpoint the career or business you are meant for, regardless of your experience, aptitude
However interest tests, career quizzes and personality tests are not the proper tools for career self assessment.
Because you’ve probably noticed that personality tests and interest tests just put you into a box. These tests stereotype you.
You are measured for what personality “type” you are. Then you are matched to a jobs category for that type.
So your job matches are not customized to you, as an idividual.
This is why I don’t use these tests. They don’t give you pinpointed, customized results like my self-assessments can.
Personality tests can put you into a category box.
You already have what it takes to find a career that you are well suited to
Luckily, you already possess all the valuable skills, talent, and aptitude you need to choose the best career for you.
You just need to get clear about what your career mission is, so you can apply the skills you already have to their best use.
I will show you how, using the exact same process that every successful business, sports team and other organizations do.
This is the big difference between my self assessments and personality tests:
- With a personality test you are assessing yourself with theories, like a psychologist does
- With my self assessment process you evaluate yourself in a practical way, like a business does
It is a solid, proven way to identify the career or business that is right for you.
